Tuck Meng Yee has over 20 years’ experience in the financial markets in Asia and Australia focusing on derivatives and funds portfolio management, development, research and marketing with global investment banks (JPMorgan, UBS), private banks (ABN Amro and Citibank) and funds services (Moore Management). His opinion is often sought-after by investors on building and managing their portfolio, including in the start-up and impact-nvesting/ESG areas. JRT Partners is a Singapore based Family Office that invests across securities, projects and funds, especially alternative investments including private equity and hedge funds.
Raymond Page is managing director of Tricor IAG Fund Administration (Asia). Formally the director of IAG, Raymond left Guernsey to base himself in Singapore. Tricor, a member of the Bank of East Asia Group and a global provider of business, corporate and investor services is IAG's joint venture partner in the region. Its client portfolio includes over 1,000 companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, over 40 per cent of Fortune Global 500 companies, as well as a significant share of private enterprises operating across international markets.
Anil is an Executive Director and the Chief Portfolio Officer for Fund Solutions at Gordian Capital Singapore Private Limited. Anil brings over 17 years’ investment management experience having worked on liquid strategies (Public-Listed Markets & Instruments), as well as illiquid strategies (Private Markets). Prior to Gordian, he worked as Portfolio Manager for Daiwa Sumitomo Bank Investments and Hedge Fund Fundamental Capital across Asia. Anil started his career in equity derivatives trading at the Development Bank of Singapore Treasury and Capital Markets division followed by Orion Capital. Anil has managed assets for multiple institutions (sovereigns, pensions, corporates, and funds of funds) as well as multi-family offices. He is a Registered Representative for the regulated activity of fund management with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Until his retirement on 30 June 2014, David was a partner in Pwc’s Singapore Tax practice with over 30 years of tax experience. He has dealt with international advisory work across a spectrum of industries, including energy, communications, construction, shipping, real estate, banking and insurance. As a partner in the firm’s Financial Services section of Tax, he assisted clients in structuring their venture capital, private equity and real estate fund projects across Asia Pacific. David was a member of ICPAS’ Taxation and Levies Committee and Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals. He wrote the Singapore volume of CCH’s Tax Planning and Compliance in Asia, and authored the chapters on Hedge Funds and Private Equity Firms, and on Group relief in The Law and Practice of Singapore Income Tax. His has made numerous appearances on media. David now runs the DSC tax consultancy practice, aimed at filling the middle-market pricing and experience gap that exists in the tax environment.

He has held leadership roles in the private equity and venture capital investments sector in the last 20+ years and overseen capital raise and deployment in alternative assets of over US$2.0b across Europe and Asia Pacific. These include Co-founder/Head of Asian office of Ardian Investments (formerly known as AXA Private Equity), Chief Investment Officer for Asian private equity/infrastructure at the Nomura Group and Head of Capital Solutions/Business Development at Terra Firma Capital Partners. He started his career as part at Apax Partners in London and prior to that worked in management consulting with Arthur D. Little in N.America and Asia Pacific
Yui Haraguchi heads INSEAD’s private capital think-tank which works with private equity, venture capital, entrepreneurs, and governments worldwide to drive development. He is well-skilled in Asset Management, Corporate Finance, Cross-Border M&A, Cross Border Business Development between Japan & Southeast Asia. He is also currently Managing Director, Silver Spoon Advisors which raises funds in Japan and Southeast Asia.
